On 11th March, 2017, the owners of the Fortune Square apartments were greeted with a sweet surprise. The builders’ brand of Realtech Nirman had organised the ‘Basanta Utsav’, to celebrate the festival of colours ‘Dol’ or ‘Holi’. The mangement decided to converge the occasion with the handing over of the apartment keys. The apartment owners could not expect a better surprise gift on the auspicious day of ‘Holi’!
